Members, Guests, and Public Players alike must check in with the golf shop staff before going to the tee box. To ensure a position on the tee box for you and your guests, tee times are required.
For the benefit of all players, our Members will be committed to playing the holes in the designated order or as prescribed by the golf shop staff as necessary.
Our Members agree to set the example for all guests and public play by staying out of all areas on the course marked as “ground under repair” or otherwise protected for the sake of improved playability for Members and guests of Pearland Golf Club. This includes staying off of Private Property and out of private yards.
Our Anniversary Membership is a pre-paid green fee program for 2 years and applies to “open play” periods at Pearland Golf Club. If you are invited to play in a Women’s Golf Association Event, Men’s Golf Association Event, Countrymen Event, Quartermaster Event, or Outlaw Event, you will be responsible to pay the applicable fees and are subject to each organizations’ rules and regulations.
This new membership group will be allowed to make tee-time reservations a maximum of 72 hours (3 Days) in advance.
All Anniversary members must show their driver’s license or any valid ID with their membership card when checking in. If anyone uses your membership card other than yourself, your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund.
The Anniversary Membership is valid seven days a week anytime except for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holiday mornings before 11 a.m. because these are the busiest times at the course.
Cart fee and applicable Tournament Fee is required for all events or tournaments that Anniversary Members want to play in. Anniversary Members are required to take a cart during tournaments, no walkers allowed.
Anniversary members who are Country Place residents and who wish to use their private cart must abide by all Private Cart Regulations and pay the applicable cart fee each time they play. Anniversary members may allow another Anniversary member to ride with them in their private cart with the payment of the applicable cart fee by the rider.
If an Anniversary member demands a Single Rider cart, they are required to pay the Single Rider Cart fee add-on which is currently $10. No player at Pearland Golf Club is required to ride with a stranger, but they are required to pair up with the people in their group that they know or pay the single rider cart fee add-on.
Anniversary members who choose to walk will be charged a walking fee each time they play. Walking fee is currently $10.
Although carts are not mandatory, we request that you do take a cart to keep a respectable pace of play. Due to the increase in walkers during the pandemic, we have been forced to implement an access/walking fee. The access/walking fee will be $10 no matter how many holes you choose to play that day, effective for all new memberships as well as the extended Anniversary memberships. The Cart fee for Anniversary members is whatever the public cart fee is for playing at Pearland Golf Club and is subject to change.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult. No children under the age of 5 are allowed on the golf course. All children must be supervised at all times while on the golf course. Only juniors with a valid driver’s license are allowed to operate a cart.
Customers are not allowed to bring personal coolers or any Food and Beverage for consumption on the golf course. Violators will have their coolers and contents confiscated.
This membership category will not be allowed to purchase annual cart passes nor can any Anniversary member ride free with a Platinum member in his/her personal cart without paying the rack rate cart fee. Country Place residents who are Anniversary Members may use their private cart (Insurance and inspection requirements apply). Anniversary Members who use their private cart are still required to pay the applicable cart fee each time they play.
Anniversary members will not be allowed to attend social functions without paying the associated fees.
Members, Guests, and Public Players will not play on the golf course during periods when a portion of the holes (or the entire course) is closed due to weather, special events, or golf course maintenance. Pearland Golf Club shall not be held responsible for any acts of God. “Cart Path Only” rules will be enforced for all play due to wet conditions, no exceptions.
As new members of Pearland Golf Club, Anniversary members should also be responsible for the tee time scheduling, so missed tee times will not be tolerated. The first offense will be a polite oral notification from a staff member. The second violation will result in an issued written warning ticket. On your third violation, you will pay a minimal $20 failure to cancel fee. This applies to all members of Pearland Golf Club. The $20 failure to cancel fee of $20 applies to No Shows and Short Shows.
Texas State law requires all beverages including alcoholic beverages be distributed solely by Pearland Golf Club. Therefore, as Members, you will agree that you and your guests will not bring food or beverages including alcoholic beverages onto the property that were not purchased at Pearland Golf Club. All violators will have their membership revoked immediately.
This Anniversary Membership is valid through December 31st, 2025.
All golfers must follow course policies and adhere to player responsibilities e.g., repairing ball marks, raking bunkers, filling divots, maintain required pace of play, following cart-directional signs. If you fail to do so, the first offense will be a polite oral notification from a staff member. The player will then be issued a written warning ticket, and that information will be logged into our database. The second violation will result in a 30-day suspension of playing privileges. If for any reason there is a third violation within a calendar year, your membership will be canceled without refund, and you will be permanently suspended from Pearland Golf Club.
Pearland Golf Club staff strives to create a great experience for our guests and members. If a member has an issue with a staff member, please bring this issue to the attention of the General Manager or Head Golf Professional. Verbal abuse or threatening behavior towards a staff member will result in cancelation of your membership with no refund.
All Anniversary members are required to have a tee time.
Anniversary membership is not transferable and non-refundable, no exceptions.
